Mission

Church leaders and their families are often overwhelmed by the relentless demands of ministry. G6 Allies exists to be the team in their corner, offering care, coaching, and encouragement that help them grow in every area of life. Our mission is to support the whole leader, not just the public role. We want to see pastors lead with integrity, stay emotionally and spiritually healthy, and set an example of authentic and resilient leadership for their churches.

Approach

Our support is personal, not programmatic. We walk alongside ministry leaders by offering one-on-one coaching, care for pastoral spouses, leadership development tools, and a network of encouragement. Whether someone needs a safe place to process, a strategy to move forward, or simply a voice that understands, we’re here to be their ally in every season of ministry.
